I started my personal training with Cindy 7 months prior to my wedding. Right from the beginning I knew this would be a great experience. Cindy understood my goals and devised a personal plan to help my achieve this.

She was always encouraging and positive and made me feel as though she wanted to achieve my goal as much as I did. I lost fat and several inches off my entire body, and gained tone and muscle. My wedding dress had to be taken in almost 3 dress sizes!!! Not only did I truly feel beautiful on my wedding day, but I felt confident and great about myself. I couldn't have done it without Cindy.

I met Cindy over a year ago, she put together a beginners weight and cardio program.  I worked out 3-5 days a week, I ate a healthier diet and watched my body change from 34.5% bodyfat to 29.5% bodyfat.  I became healthier body, mind and spirit and then I hit a plateau.
I knew I had gone as far as I could on my own and needed to change my program to accelerate  fatloss and become the lean, strong person I desired to be.

I approached Cindy and she was just as excited as I was to help me get started.  In the past four months cindy has tailored my program to meet my goals.  I have decreased my bodyfat to 27.5%.  I have become a strong, confident person with a new interest in my life ----  weight training!!

What I like about Cindy is that she brings 100% to each personal training session she herself is encouraging and motavational with her own success story.  Not only is Cindy good at what she does, her passion for her job shines through her and to her clients!
